Already have an IKADPAUDI membership card?
If your membership card is already linked to an account in the system, do not create a new account. Use your registered email address to sign in. If you have forgotten your password, use the password recovery option.
If you already have a membership card but it is not yet linked to an account in the system, you may create a new account using the form below. After your email is verified, choose Existing Membership Card Verification and enter your 9-digit membership number for verification by the administrators. The membership number alone is not used as proof of account identity.
Create a new account
This form is used in two situations: prospective members who do not yet have a membership card, and existing members whose membership card is not yet linked to an account in the system. After your email is verified, you will choose either New Member Registration or Existing Membership Card Verification.
New Member Registration requires the required documents and proof of membership fee payment. For Existing Membership Card Verification, the submitted membership number will be checked by the administrators before it is linked to the account.
