About IKAD PAUDI IKAD PAUDI is an organization and academic network that brings together doctors in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) to build scientific collaboration, enhance professional competence, and make a real contribution to the advancement of early childhood education in Indonesia. Legally, this organization is named the Association of Alumni of Doctors in Early Childhood Education of Indonesia, abbreviated as IKAD PAUDI. IKAD PAUDI was established on October 11, 2019, for an indefinite period and is domiciled in East Jakarta. IKAD PAUDI is based on Pancasila and grounded in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The organization is built on the spirit of kinship, mutual cooperation, and professionalism. Objectives IKAD PAUDI aims to: 1. Bring together and strengthen fellowship among alumni of the Early Childhood Education Doctoral Program. 2. Enhance the competence and capacity of members. 3. Provide intellectual contributions for the advancement of PAUD in Indonesia. 4. Encourage academic, professional, and social contributions in accordance with members' competencies. 5. Dedicate service to the advancement of the Indonesian nation and state. Activities To achieve the organization's goals, IKAD PAUDI carries out various activities, including: 1. research, study, and development of PAUD programs that suit the Indonesian context; 2. seminars, workshops, discussions, and other scientific activities; 3. development of networks and collaboration among members; 4. cooperation with the government, universities, state institutions, community organizations, international institutions, the private sector, and various domestic and foreign partners; and 5. other legitimate activities that support the advancement of PAUD in Indonesia. Strategic Role As a network of doctors in the field of PAUD, IKAD PAUDI has a strategic role in bridging science, research, policy, educational practice, and community service. IKAD PAUDI encourages research collaboration and publication, member competency development, the improvement of the quality of early childhood education practices, and the generation of ideas and recommendations that can contribute to the development of PAUD policies in Indonesia. Through the strength of its members' network, IKAD PAUDI also strives to expand national and international cooperation and present knowledge and innovations relevant to the needs of children, families, educators, PAUD units, society, and national development. Organizational Structure The organizational structure of IKAD PAUDI consists of: 1. Board of Trustees 2. Management Board 3. Supervisory Board Organizational authority rests with the Grand Deliberation, including the determination of management in accordance with organizational provisions. Membership Membership in IKAD PAUDI consists of: 1. Regular Members 2. Honorary Members Membership serves as a space to strengthen scientific and professional networks, exchange knowledge, develop research and publications, build collaboration, and contribute to the advancement of early childhood education in Indonesia.
