IKAD PAUDI Management for the 2023–2027 Period The management of the Indonesian Early Childhood Education Doctorate Association (IKAD PAUDI) for the 2023–2027 period is established and updated through the IKAD PAUDI Executive Board Decree Number 05/IKAD PAUDI/V/2025. Management changes are made to adjust to organizational needs, complete the membership of the Executive Board, and strengthen the organizational network through the establishment of the Sumatra Regional Coordinator and Kalimantan Regional Coordinator. Role of Regional Coordinators Regional Coordinators are tasked with coordinating IKAD PAUDI membership and activities in their respective regions, formulating regional work programs, initiating activities according to regional needs, developing membership, and building cooperation with local governments and social organizations. The existence of Regional Coordinators is part of IKAD PAUDI's efforts to expand its network and strengthen the organization's contribution in various regions across Indonesia. Basis of Establishment This management refers, among others, to: The Deed of Establishment of the Indonesian Early Childhood Education Doctorate Association; The Articles of Association and Bylaws of IKAD PAUDI; The results of the IKAD PAUDI Grand Deliberation; The results of the Member Deliberation; and The results of the Central Executive Board meeting.
