IKADPAUDI Opens Independent Child Rights-Based Parenting Training for the General Public

The Association of Early Childhood Education Doctors of Indonesia (IKADPAUDI) presents the Child Rights-Based Independent Parenting Training, an online learning program designed to help participants understand and apply the principles of children's rights in daily parenting practices.

This training can be taken independently and flexibly via IKADPAUDI Learning. The program not only discusses concepts, but also invites participants to reflect on parenting practices, analyze various situations faced by children, and formulate practical steps that can be applied within families and educational environments.

Independent Learning in 8 Stages

The training materials are structured progressively into 8 learning stages with a total learning load of approximately 24 JP.

Participants will learn about orientation and children's rights, basic principles of children's rights in parenting, the best interests and development of children, communication and child participation, positive discipline, protection from violence and various risks, inclusive parenting, the digital world, and the application of child rights principles in parenting practices.

During the learning process, participants will undergo a pre-test, learning materials, reflection, case studies, post-test, drafting a Parenting Action Plan, and training evaluation.

From Knowledge to Practice

This training is designed so that learning does not stop at theoretical understanding. Participants are encouraged to connect child rights principles with real-life experiences and identify changes that can be made in parenting practices.

In the final stage, participants draft a Parenting Action Plan as a follow-up plan to apply the learning in daily life.

Open to the General Public

The training can be attended by parents, early childhood educators, teachers, university students, academics, child advocates, and the general public who want to strengthen their understanding of child rights-based parenting.

Participants do not need to be members of IKADPAUDI. To join the training, participants simply need to have an account on the IKADPAUDI website, verify their email, and then log into IKADPAUDI Learning.

Digital Certificate

Participants who meet all graduation requirements will receive an IKADPAUDI digital certificate.

The certificate comes with a unique certificate number and QR Code which can be used to verify the authenticity of the certificate online.
